Make it hourly
A phone reminder helps, but the most reliable habit usually comes from combining a couple of these:
Ask your phone
Say this to your voice assistant — it sets up a repeating reminder in one go:
Works with "Hey Siri" on iPhone or "Hey Google" on Android.
Tie it to something you already do
- Every nursing observation check or drug round, if you're in hospital
- Every ad break, or between episodes of what you're watching
- Every time you check your phone
- Each meal and snack time
